End of February

 February 28th~

Molly:

 After a year and a half of being a vegetarian, Molly finally told us she was ready to stop. Once she said that, Chris and I immediately loaded the kids up in the car and headed to Red Robin to celebrate!

Molly had not had her hair cut in forever, so I took her to a salon, and then it was off to Star Bucks.

Molly decided to use me as a makeup doll.

Sam:

Finally starting to miss some teeth.

Sam loves science experiments. 

Top Golf

 February 26th~

Top Golf is one of Sam's new favorite places, and he is lucky enough to have Dad and Uncle Tim to take him. 

Lucy's Garden

 February 24th~

Molly signed up for the Caldwell Fine Arts children's play again this year and her friend, Saylah decided to join this year. 

   

 

 

 

 

Soldier Mountain Skiing

 February 19th~

We went to Soldier Mountain for the first time and met the Kennedy's and Knights.  We were even able to bring Ashley along with us. 

It was so good to see all our friends and the weather was beautiful.

BSU Gymnastics

 February 17th~     

I took the kids to a BSU gymnastics meet. Both kids absolutely loved it, and we were privileged enough to see BSU's first-ever 10.0 score on the bars.  

Once the competition was over, I tried to get the kids to leave before the scoring and presence for senior night. However, Sam informed me, "If there is more to see, we should stay," so we did.

 

 

Chris was sad he was not in town to go with us, so I had to take a picture of the setup so we could explain the setup to him. 

Valentines 2023

 February 14th~

This was the first year the kids made their own Valentine's Day boxes. 

Molly took over her design process and made her unique box.

Sam decided he wanted one of the fire flowers from Mario Brothers.

Sam also made me a Valentine's Day card and this is what he wrote on the inside.  Talk about melting my heart!

Ice Fishing with Ella

February 3rd - 5th ~

Chris, Molly, Sam, Ella, Kristin, and Tim all headed to Cascade on Friday eager to spend all day Saturday ice fishing.  

Everyone caught fish and Sam landed the highlight of the day - a magnificent 15-inch perch. The remainder of their time was spent playing on the ice and riding the snowmobiles in the great weather.  

Later that night, Molly and Sam beat Ella and Tim at marbles.
