Christmas Tree Hunting in Cascade

November 23-25th~

We went up to the cabin the weekend of Thanksgiving and therefore had a smaller group of just family with us for our Christmas Tree Hunt.

Piper and Drake could not get enough of the snow...  By the end Piper was covered in ice chunks.

  

  

Molly and Sam also could not enough of all the snow.

  

Molly decided this was her favorite tree and even named her Wilbur.

And lastly for the trip, Chris taught Sam how to pee in the snow.

Happy Thanksgiving/ Turkey Day 5K

November 22nd~

This may be the last year we do the Turkey Day 5K with the whole family.  The kids were too big to put in a stroller and too heavy to carry for a long amount of time.  Towards the end Molly and Sam were definitely over the walking, but before that they did better than I excepted.

The race photographer also got good pictures of the majority of our group. 

 

We then had everyone over to our house for Thanksgiving dinner.

And of course, Sam's foot as a turkey!
