Wedding Revisited

So I know it has been over 7 months since Chris and I said our I Do's, but our photographer gave us a CD with all the professional pictures. Originally our proofs had been online, but we just recently received the CD. I am a little behind in getting these up, but for me, better late than never...so wedding revisited....

Back to Boise....Again

Last week I made another trip back to Boise.
As always the trip was good, but I did much more running around this time, and even though I was there for almost a week, still did not get to see everyone or do everything I was hoping to.
So here is the week breakdown:

Thursday: I flew into town and meet Chris downtown for part of his AFS banquet (which is why he was in town).

Friday: I had an interview with MSTI for a possible student radiation therapy position (yes it went well, but no I haven't heard anything yet). At about the same time, Chris was giving his presentation at the conference.
After my interview I went into work to get help with some MRI QA check offs so I can hopefully sit for the boards soon. I then picked the nieces up from daycare and took them out for donuts, which they demanded was a must. Then when Anna got off work I went over to her house for some good old girl talk. Even though we still talk almost daily, seeing her in person is soooo much better.
Chris left for camping that afternoon, but I declined to try and spend some time with family and friends...and there was still snow on the ground!

Saturday: Woke early for a 7 am morning run with Kerry's running group. Amber and Kelly also joined the run and it was such a nice change to have company while running. Kelly had to run 10 miles, and Amber and I were running 18 miles. Not only was the company nice, but I loved the change in scenery. In Kearney I pretty much run the same stretch twice, alone, to get all my miles in. After the run Amber and I headed to Blue Sky Bagel to refuel, then I went off to Lynn and Kerry's for a much needed nap.

The nieces then took me on the Wii and I about died. I was the first to be able to beat them in bowling, but then we started playing some outdoor adventure game, that I had to keep jumping over logs, and up cliffs, and my legs were just not having any of it. Later that night I went out to Bardenays to meet Anna and Amber for a drink and dessert.

Sunday we made a family day. I went to Church with the family. Then when Chris got back from camping we hung out and played more Wii. I think Ella and Morgan were more excited to see Uncle Chris then they were to see me :). Then we met with both realtor's for my parents and Lynn to see their new houses...both of which are supper nice. My parents are hoping to close on the 24th, and Lynn and Kerry sold their house that Sunday, and are getting a closing date set for their new one.

Monday Chris left to go back to Boise and I headed back to work to finish up my MRI stuff. After, I met Erin for some quick errands at the mall, and lunch. I then got the girls again from school, and then that night hung out with Candice for a bit.

Tuesday I tried to keep with the family again, but did meet Anna, Joy, Kelly, and Jane at Red Robin for lunch. It as a nice farewell, and it was so good to finally get to see Joy with her big belly!!!

Wednesday I back off to Nebraska. When I landed in Omaha, I was feeling a little sick, but figured it was just my usual motion sickness. However, after an hour of drive, I realized it was much more. I kept stopping at just about every gas station the rest of the 2 hours home, and praying I would make it home safely. Chris was so excited to have me back home, and I basically ran in the door throwing up, and didn't stop. I could not eat anything for 3 days...but had gotten better enough to go back to work Thursday night...even though it was still a rough night.
