Happy Thanksgiving

November 23rd~

The McCulloughs, along with Kristin, all headed to Montana for Thanksgiving.  However, I was stuck working that week, so we were unable to go.  We still had a great Thanksgiving and were able to hang out with friends.

The morning of, I met Andrea for the Turkey 5K in Boise.  It was a complete fun run with people dressed up and no chip time!  It was a little colder than I would have preferred, but once we started running, we warmed up quite a bit.

Then it was off to Pat and Charity's house for a late lunch. Charity got a fresh turkey and everyone else all brought sides, so needless to say we ate a ton.  There were 3 other couples and we had a great time just hanging out and catching up.  One of our friends snapped a whole bunch of pictures of Molly, so I have to share....

This was Molly's Thanksgiving present to us!

More Boise State

November 10th~

Zack and Emily had everyone over to their house for a football party.  Grandma and Grandpa John were in town so Molly and I were only able to stay for a short while, but we did not leave before getting pictures of all the kiddos dressed in their Boise State best!

11 months

November 1st~
                                                   I couldn't pick just one!

I cannot believe we are a month away from Molly's 1st birthday!
Molly decided to hit a big milestone on her eleventh month birthday.....her first ER visit!  After eating eggs for dinner (something she had multiple times), I went to give her a bath, and when I took her shirt off my heart stopped when I saw a HUGE bruise looking rash on her abdomen.  At first, I thought something happened to her at daycare, until I saw another rash with hives under her neck.  Since Molly was still acting fine I was not too concerned.  Chris was busy taking Drake to the doggy ER (he ripped his stitches out for the second time) so I loaded Molly up and took her to Walgreen's to get some benadryl.  However, since you are not suppose to give benadryl to young kids, the pharmacist said I had to call her pediatrician to get dosing information.  Of course, it was after hours, and after talking to 'ask a nurse' they suggested we go the ER.   At the ER, they gave Molly some benadryl and then watched her a while.  She was still doing great, but her rash just kept jumping from place to place.  They said that was common and we were sent home with instructions to follow-up with Molly's doctor.  The pediatrician then ordered blood work to find out how severe her allergy to eggs was and if there were any other food allergies we needed to know about.  Of course, all those came back negative...even the eggs!  Now they are thinking she had some viral infection that caused the rash, though I am still not going to give her eggs for a while!

Molly has always been a big fan of music and this month started to dance!  She has a leap frog puppy named Scout whose paws each do something different.  Well it did not take her too long to figure out which one plays music and now that is the only paw she pushes.  Then when Scout starts to sing, Molly gives him a big hug and starts to bounce up and down with him.  The thing I love the most is watching how excited she gets when the music starts.

She also learned how to clap while spending a day with Nana and Papa and now loves to clap for everything.

This is how Molly currently holds onto the handles of her car seat.  Then when you get her in the car and push them back she starts to cry.  I wonder if this says anything about my driving:)

The best seat in the house.  Molly is still not too much of a cuddler, but if she is not feeling well or overly tired you can get some cuddle time in.

A play date with Miles....and yes she is 4 months older!

And we now get into everything....

Why would you go around the coffee table, when you could just go through it?

Uncle Tim came for another visit and Miss Molly could not get enough of him!  They had lots of fun playing (hence the passed out picture) and she cannot wait for him to come back.

And this month we got our two front teeth.  This is her fancy teething ring she got from her Great Aunt and cousins in Minnesota.

Molly's 1st Halloween

October 31st~
Halloween is easily one of my favorite holidays.  Grandma and Nana both got Molly cute outfits and I loved showing her off in them!

Nana got this shirt that said Mommy's little pumpkin.

Grandma got the next outfit. Molly was so excited to sit next to her pumpkin!

On Halloween, Molly dressed up in Morgan's old sunflower custom and we headed over to the nieces.  The girls were already dressed and ready to go when we showed up, and when Molly first saw them she just started laughing and laughing.  I was half afraid she would not recognize them and be scared, but she thought their customs where something else.
We then hit up a couple of houses with the girls before we called it a night!
