January...
Bob's

We have still been meeting in the mornings once a week.  Dutch Bro's was about the only reason I got out of bed this early during this weather~

March...

This brought my first experience with Peggy's Trail.  With all the snow/rain there were a couple of serious creek crossings, plus a horrible section of mud that the cows used.  We tried to go past the mud, but did not make it far before we had to turn around.

We did have an amazing sunrise though!

Can you see the tiny runners about 3 switch backs ahead of me?

The views were amazing, but our muddy shoes were not...we wont be doing this to the trails again.

December Miscellaneous

December 31st~

Molly wanted a cape made to match her Christmas dress.  I used the old fabric Mom gave me from the poodle skirt.  Molly was super excited, for a day or two, but forgot about it when Christmas came.

Molly wanted all the nativity people to circle around baby Jesus.  Every time I tried to fix it, she would change it right back.

Molly and her daycare friends decided they were going to a concert the next day.  Molly was supposed to bring all her instruments and was to be Ash from SING.  Molly wanted to dress like Ash and I was pretty impressed with how close she got, she even took sunglasses with her.
Joey made cookies for the kids this year.
Maggie and Spiderman hanging out.

LICE

December 28th~

I braided Molly's hair for school and noticed some white little flakes in her hair.  My heart skipped a beat when I saw them but I have never had to deal with lice before.  Molly does have a dry scalp and gets dandruff occasionally, so I was hopeful that was all it was.  I showed Daycare when we arrived and they agreed with me, but said they would have Ms. Maria do a double check when she got there.  10 minutes after I walked into work my phone rang.  It was lice.

Molly was so sad she had to leave daycare.  She was on winter break and it was Thursday, Pizza Day, her favorite day.  I bought her pizza for lunch but it did not make things much better.  Molly was a champ though and told kids she had to leave because she had itchy bugs in her hair.  Then she happily watched a movie while we bug bombed her hair.  Then Mom and Dad got to work sterilizing everything...it took us 3 days to get all the laundry done!

My head started itching the second I got the call.  Even though I had daycare comb through my hair as well, I bombed both our heads a few days later for good measure.

Molly acted like she was getting a spa treatment.

The work crew when I showed up the next day.
