Shot Gun Fun Night

September 28th~

Lahoma scheduled a Gun Night at her Gun Club.

Dad was in town so I took him along as my date.  Dad said it was his first time shooting his shot gun in about twenty years.  He did really good for it having been so long.  I only shot 4 clay pigeons out of 25.  Lahoma actually thought I had a good natural stance, but my gun was probably too light and it kept kicking pretty strong.  My arms were tired enough just from holding my arms up, so I cannot imagine a heavier gun.  Either way it was a fun night.

Great Grandma Jean

September 21-27th~

Great Grandma Jean came to town for a visit. I didn't tell Molly she was coming, so when Jean showed up at Molly's daycare, Molly went running straight into her arms.

We had a great visit and can't wait to see her again next year.

Elk Hunt 2016

September 17-24th~

Chris went on his annual elk hunt in September. This year he was once again joined by Jake.  Josh and Corey also came out for the first time so they had a full camp! None of the guys harvested an elk this year, but three of the guys got shots (they need to work on their shooting skills!).

Touch A Truck

September 24th~

We took the kids to Touch a Truck this year.  It was unseasonably hot, and so many horns were being blown, that Sam was really not sure about much.  Molly, however, was incredibly happy to scope  out all the fancy trucks.

Molly also found a place that had HUGE tires, and even tire bowling...
