VIsit from Nana

March 7th- 20th

My mom was back in town for almost two weeks.  On one of my days off we headed to the zoo.  Molly still kept asking to feed the goats but enjoyed all the animals.  The geese were in a feisty mood and at one point about landed in mom’s and mine hair.  Ever since that moment Molly has started to say “you’re a silly goose.”

Nana also picked Molly up early from school one day and took her to Settlers Park.  Molly LOVES Settlers and runs around like she owns the place.  It is super cute to watch and I am glad Nana got to experience it.

Molly also helped Nana and me make another tent for a birthday present.

St Patrick's Day

March 17th~
We had a large group over to our house to celebrate St Patrick's Day.  Chris made his best ever corn-beefed and hash which left us with very few left overs (sad).
Molly was incredibly tired after school and did not show off her spunky self like I had hoped but I did get a few pictures of her before her mood went south.

Molly also wore the same exact dress as last year....

Hiking with Chris

March 16th~

With my mom being in town I was finally able to go on my first shed hunting hike with Chris.
We left at 6 am and made it to the Owhyees by sunrise at 8.  The weather was a little on the chilly side but still beautiful.  I never found a shed, but when aiming back for Chris, found a match set sitting nicely under a tree.  I was super excited, until I realized Chris had seen them first, but was waiting to see if I did too.  We tried a few spots and got in about 6 hours of hiking.  Chris found four total sheds, which is about his average, though he said none were really memorable....boys!

Trying to use Drake to keep me warm.

We saw lots of deer
