End of July

July 31st~

I bought the kids a bigger kiddie pool and it has gotten a lot of use already.

 

Molly -

Molly jumped off one end of the couch to the other and hit her ear on the corner.  I have never seen a bruised ear but luckily she did not hurt her eardrum.

We got Molly a new space book.  She had so many favorite pictures she wanted to book mark I had to get out my post-its. 

Sam-

Roaring Springs Water Park

July 29th~

We only made it to the water park once this summer but had a fantastic time.

The kiddie area of the water park  got a whole new make over.  There were more slides for Sam to go down and it was a little easier for me to keep my eye on him. 

Molly was finally tall enough to try some of the bigger slides and had fun running around with Dad.

The favorite part was still the normal pool and the wave pool.

Sam wanted nothing to do with his normal clothes when we were done so rocked his diaper instead.

 

 

Vacation Bible School

July 23-26th~

This was Sam's first time attending Vacation Bible School and he was very excited.  Luckily the cousins were old enough to help with VBS and Ashley got paired with Sam's group and Ella was paired with Molly. 

This year the theme was Shipwrecked, and as always their decorations were amazing.

5th Annual Imnaha Camping Trip

July 20-22nd

We made it back to the Imnaha for our annual camping trip.  As always it was a wonderful time.

The kids found a "hiking trail" and all had to go exploring.

We arrived a little after dinner and got our camp set up immediately while the kids played.

Chris and I had just bought a new telescope and were anxious to test it up.  

  

All the kids took a turn looking at the moon through the telescope and then broke out the glow sticks.  

  

The next day we went huckleberry picking followed by a trip to the river.

  

Molly picked out all the burs that got caught in Piper's coat.
