End of July

July 31st~

Molly:

Blowing out candles for Daddy's birthday

Daddy got his deer mount back!
Playing at Nana's
Molly has become obsessed with the American Fly.  She saw this one at a flea market with Nana and insisted on buying it for the front of our house.

 Sam:

Sam split is forehead open on the coffee table.  He only cried for a minute and when I got him to Primary Health, he spent his time running up and down the hall, and trying to jump off the scale.  All I could do was shake my head.  Luckily, he did not need stitches.  They cleaned the wound and glued it shut.  I think there will always be a little scare, but I am also sure it will only be the first of many for this boy.  When he got home, he decided to take advantage of the extra attention from Dad and Molly and climbed right into bed to watch some TV.
See, nothing but trouble

Bowling

July 31st~

After church we took the kids bowling at Big Al's.  Our kids had never been before and loved it.  Sam was technically too little to play, but every time someone let go of the ball he would start clapping and screaming.  I finally let him play in my place and Chris and I had so much fun just watching the kids.

Stack Rock

July 2016~

The Pulse running group planned a night run from Bogus Basin Rd to Stack Rock.  I had never been to Stack Rock so I decided to ignore my normal bedtime and see what the run was all about.  From the Sloths, we had Me, Kristin, Tim, and Jay.

We all hung out watching the sunset before heading back to our cars.  It was so beautiful but I was quite tired the next morning.  I didn't get home and to bed until midnight!

Somehow I got talked into the route again.  This time it was Jay, Todd, Katie and me.

View from the top of Stack Rock .  I did not climb it, but on the pictures of the rock, you can see Todd in his white shirt!
